What makes for a perfect Saturday? Does it start with an art walk that covers multiple blocks, segway to tacos at Loteria and finish with a celebrity photography exhibition? Well, yes as a matter of fact, that is the perfect day. Started the day at the 4th annual Culver City Art walk, where the two buck chuck was flowing, and the cheese squares were proudly on display. Did see some amazing and not so amazing art. Do want to own a limited edition "Lil Morto" from Coop, do not need mathematical equations with my paintings and as always love the eclectic mixture of photography, abstract art and mixed media madness.
Caught a glimpse of the CoolHaus, the newest mobile truck food craze, a line 30 people deep looking orgasmic while eating messy but beautiful looking ice cream sandwiches.

Next, since parking is SO limited on Beverly, (the curbs are empty, since its illegal to park anywhere); we decided to hit the sweet spot (5pm) at the Grove and park and dine at the Farmers Market. Shredded beef tacos from Lotaria hit the spot. Then we trekked the few blocks to the Michael Kohn Gallery for the David Lynch Photography Exhibition. Images were almost as engaging as the people there to view them. We liked the glass on green shag carpet piece the best. After we exhausted the people watching, we walked back over to the grove to wander, before having coffee and heading home.
