It was my first time at the downtown Los Angeles Art Walk. I had an image displayed in the Snap to Grid series at the Digital center for Photography. We stayed mainly on the main grid between 4th and 5th and the highlight of the evening (besides my showing of course) was watching Byron write "Don't Live The Lie" on a cityscape painting in one of the galleries on 5th. We just happened to be in the gallery at the time. Since its usually quiet on the weekends when we roam the city, it was nice to feel the energy, hear music and be in the middle of the thriving Old Bank district. We ended the evening with a great meal at Rocket Pizza where fighting for a table was half the fun. Can't wait for next month.
